How can I get the lowest discounted price?
In order to get the lowest discounted price, enter the part number into our part search. Then, add the part to the shopping cart, click checkout and follow the steps to complete the order.
Does Cycle-Parts.com sell used parts?
No. We only sell new parts. We do not carry any used parts.
What is the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount for parts, accessories, or apparel. However, our minimum shipping charge for the U.S. 48 Contiguous States is $9.95. The shipping charge for international, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders depends on the size and weight of the parts you are ordering and is calculated on a case by case basis.
Are there any tips for making sure I have the correct part number for the part I need?
Always double-check the part number before placing your order. Especially check that you have the correct color code for plastics, fuel tanks, and any other painted parts. If you are unsure about any part number, click here to contact us before placing your order, and we can help verify that the number is correct. If you aren't sure about the part number, description, quantity, or schematic information, please contact us before placing your order. Cycle-Parts.com is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete part descriptions, errors in schematics, or erroneous information all of which are provided by the manufacturers.
How should I enter part numbers?
Include the dashes that are in the part number when entering the number on our site. There are no letter O's in part numbers, only zeroes (0). If a part number does not come up in your cart, please click here to contact us. There is a possibility that the part number has been changed by the manufacturer or has not yet been added to our price files.
Do you carry parts for older motorcycles?
We can get parts for older model bikes, but it is worth checking the availability in advance. If you would like to check the availability in advance, please click here to contact us.
What if my part is discontinued?
We will notify you by email as soon as we determine if any part on your order is discontinued. Obviously, you will not be charged for any discontinued parts.
What if my part is on backorder?
We will notify you by email if your order contains a part that is on backorder. Sometimes the manufacturers offer estimated release dates and sometimes they do not. If a release date has been scheduled, we will notify you of that date.
A back ordered part can be canceled at anytime with no restock fee prior to it being released and shipped to us by the manufacturer. Remember, unless another dealer has the part on their shelf, you will not be able to get it faster from anyone else. We recommend you keep your place in line and not cancel your backorder unless you no longer want or need the part.
How do I cancel an order?
Because parts are classified as "special order," you must cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it at our website. If you cancel your order after this time frame, we will charge a 20% restocking fee (minimum restock fee is $5.00). No orders can be canceled once parts have shipped.

For USA orders, we ship using UPS or USPS Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS Mail.

Please check the UPS Ground transit time maps to see if you live in an area with 2 day ground transit time. If you do, you can choose ground service to receive your parts in the same amount of time for much less. Please remember that expedited shipping only increases the shipping speed not the speed at which the parts leave the warehouse. All orders normally take 2 to 3 business days to ship out regardless of the shipping method.
International and APO customers should not choose 2 day service. If you want expedited shipping for your parts, please click here to contact us. We will contact you with pricing and further information regarding this option.
Are there any extra charges for oversize parts such as ATV fenders?
Yes, additional shipping is required for all over-sized parts such as ATV fenders and tires or any other part that is over the dimensional limits for normal ground shipping service. If this applies to your order, we will email you a quote for the additional charges. Your order will not be processed until you accept the additonal charges and make the payment. Over-sized parts can be canceled at anytime prior to making the payment for the additional shipping.
Does Cycle-Parts.com ship internationally and to APO's?
Yes. We ship to international, APO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico addresses via USPS Mail.
When placing your order online, our website will quote you an estimated "base rate" for USPS Mail to your location. The actual shipping cost may be more or less depending on the size and weight of the parts. If your order requires additional shipping, we will email you a quote for the additional amount along with instructions for how to make the additional payment. Your order will not be processed until you accept the additional shipping charge and make the payment. If the shipping cost is less than the "base rate", we will refund the difference when the order ships out.

Can I have my parts shipped to a P.O. box?

How long will it take to receive my parts?
Most parts ship out in 2 or 3 business days. Your location, the brand of motorcycle parts that you ordered, the age of the motorcycle you ordered the part for, and the location of the manufacturer's warehouse from which your part is coming are all factors in how long it takes for your parts to be delivered. Rest assured, we will get your parts to you as soon as humanly possible.
Most parts will arrive at your shipping address within 5-7 business days of placing your order when shipped via Ground Service. Expedited shipping service reduces travel time from our warehouse to you. It does not make parts leave the warehouse any quicker. All orders normally take 2 to 3 business days to ship out, regardless of the shipping method.

Does Cycle-Parts.com accept debit cards?
Yes, we accept debit cards, sometimes called check cards.

Can I return a part?
All OEM parts are classified as "special order." This means we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the part is damaged when you receive it, or you ordered the correct part number but were sent the wrong part. In particular, Arctic Cat is no longer accepting returns on their parts. The only exception to this rule is for damaged or warranty issues. Please be sure you have the correct part number for the part you need before you place your order. If you need help confirming you have the correct part number, please click here to contact us, and one of our parts specialist will assist you.
If you do receive a damaged part or were shipped a part other than the part you ordered, please click here to contact us for return instructions. Please do not attempt to return parts without contacting us first. Parts returned without a return authorization number will be sent back to you.
All apparel, accessories, and aftermarket parts must be returned within 14 days from the day you received the parts. Longer return periods for these items will be instituted during the holiday period. Please check back for more details on our holiday return/exchange period.
All damaged parts must be returned within 10 days of delivery or restocking fees may apply.
International customers must return all parts within 30 days of receiving them.
No parts will be accepted for return after 45 days of receiving them.
Electrical parts cannot be returned unless they have been damaged during shipping.
Only parts installed by an authorized dealer qualify for warranty coverage. Warranty coverage is administered by the manufacturer not by Cycle-Parts.com. Please contact the manufacturer directly for all warranty claims.

What do I do if I received an incorrect or damaged part?
If you do receive a damaged part or were shipped a part other than the part you ordered, please follow these instructions:
1) Don't panic.
2) Keep all packaging. Do not throw anything away.
3) Click here to contact us or call us at 1-877-578-1371 for assistance.
4) Do not attempt to return parts without emailing or calling us first. We must provide you with a return authorization number and a return mailing address before you can return any parts. Parts that are returned without a return authorization number will be returned to you. Do not return parts to our PO box. All damaged parts must be returned within 10 days or restocking fees may apply. No parts will be accepted for return for any reason after 45 days. Electrical parts cannot be returned unless they have been damaged during shipping.
How can I obtain a copy of my invoice?

Do the parts I buy from Cycle-Parts.com come with a warranty?
Yes. To qualify for warranty coverage, the part must be installed by an authorized dealer. Warranty coverage is administered by the manufacturer not by Cycle-Parts.com. We have been selling OEM parts online since 1995, well before most people had even heard of or contemplated "online" shopping. We originally began as a couple riders trying to help ourselves and other riders get parts. Word slowly spread and soon we were getting requests from all over the world. We are a small family-owned and operated company with a dedicated group of employees who strive to help riders get the parts they need while providing the best customer service possible.
